Upon acceptance of quotation for Import Shipment, 50% deposit of the total charge is required, and immediately thereafter balance of payment is required upon arriving at Port / Airport Authority before transfer to exhibition centre.

Upon acceptance of quotation for Export Shipment, 100%/Full payment is required after the exhibition took place i.e. before shipment being transfer from exhibition centre to Kuching Port.
