Upon receipt of your proposal form, SINAR MEKAR shall contact the person-in-charge as indicated in the proposal form if necessary to gather more specific information where deem necessary.

Should all necessary information is being provided sufficiently, SINAR MEKAR shall proceed to prepare official quotation accordingly and shall submit for your consideration and you shall notify SINAR MEKAR on your acceptance within 14 days.
